'Futur Imparfait’ with Sean Bonney and Owen Hatherley

To accompany Canan Tolon’s retrospective and the showing of the Futur Imparfait ink drawings, this event will examine ‘imperfect futures’ through a combination of poetry and critical discussion on urbanism, repetition, the absurd and common space.
Sean Bonney is the author of poetry books which include Happiness: Poems After Rimbaud (Unkant), The Commons (Openned), Baudelaire in English (Veer Books) and Blade Pitch Control Unit (Salt).
Owen Hatherley is the author of Militant Modernism (Zero Books), A Guide to the New Ruins of Great Britain and A New Kind of Bleak (both Verso), and Uncommon (Zero Books), about the pop group Pulp. He writes regularly for the Guardian on architecture.
