‘The Big Draw’ Family Workshop

Join artist Nicola Pomery for The Big Draw family event at Parasol unit and invent fantastical tales in response to Shinro Ohtake’s work. Influenced by Japanese storytelling traditions, families will delve into their imaginations, using long rolls of paper to create ‘picture scrolls’. There will be plenty of time for playful theatrics and performance, with everyone having the chance to share and bring to life their elaborate stories.
