To ensure the best service, Parasol unit will arrange the shipping of limited editions on a case by case.

  • Office Collection

Collection is available from our office at Parasol unit foundation for contemporary art, 32 Fitzroy Square, London W1T 6EX. This form of collection can be arranged through email at

  • Insurance, Customs + Import Charges, Deterioration

The purchaser is responsible for insurance upon transfer of the items, including any maintenance, and risk of damage or loss during handling, framing and transit.

In all cases unless stated otherwise, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The purchaser may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The purchaser may wish to contact their local customs office for current charges before placing the order.

Parasol unit will not be responsible for any deterioration of items, however affected, after the item has been released the purchaser or their agent/courier, though will endeavour to provide advice in response to any enquiries. The purchaser shall comply with all instructions in relation to the installation, handling and maintenance of items which have been given by or on behalf of Parasol unit.

The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with arranging/obtaining any condition report of any item(s) after the item(s) is/are released from Parasol unit premises.
