Shipping costs for all Gifts and Publications are calculated automatically at the checkout page.
Please allow between 7 and 14 days for deliveries.
Please note that if your order also includes one or more Limited Editions), the shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout only reflect the price related to shipping the Publications and/or Gifts (please refer to the Limited Editions section below for further information regarding this matter).
- Limited Editions
To ensure the best service, Parasol unit arrange the shipping of limited editions on a case by case.
Once the purchase is complete, a member of staff will contact the purchaser via email to confirm shipping details. The purchaser can then choose the delivery method that is most suitable to their requirements and Parasol unit will issue an invoice that covers all shipping costs.
Should you wish to arrange the shipment of your limited edition(s) via your own agent or courier, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number in your email.
- Store Collection
Collection is available from our shop at Parasol unit foundation for contemporary art, 14 Wharf Road, London N1 7RW. Please select ‘Store Collection’ at the checkout. You will receive an email when your parcel is ready for collection.
Items not collected 60 days after the date of purchase will be refunded, minus any payment transaction fees, and returned to the Parasol unit shop.
If you would like to designate a third party to pick up your order, please provide the name and email address of the individual to the foundation in advance of the collection (by email at email@example.com). The third party will need to bring proof of identity and a copy of your order confirmation. Parasol unit is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been collected. The risk of loss or damage to the item(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the item(s).
- Insurance, Customs + Import Charges, Deterioration
The purchaser is responsible for insurance upon transfer of the items, including any maintenance, and risk of damage or loss during handling, framing and transit.
In all cases unless stated otherwise, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The purchaser may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The purchaser may wish to contact their local customs office for current charges before placing the order.
Parasol unit will not be responsible for any deterioration of items, however affected, after the item has been released the purchaser or their agent/courier, though will endeavour to provide advice in response to any enquiries. The purchaser shall comply with all instructions in relation to the installation, handling and maintenance of items which have been given by or on behalf of Parasol unit.
The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with arranging/obtaining any condition report of any item(s) after the item(s) is/are released from Parasol unit premises.
If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website, please contact our team within 15 days from the date of delivery.
